2014 Drama PreCollege Book List Get an Inside Look

Books to Purchase

All books will be available for sale at the University Bookstore, located in the basement of the University Center. A bookstore salesperson will direct you to the Pre-College Drama bookshelf area if you have trouble finding the books.

 

The bookstore will be open on Saturday and Sunday June 28-29, hours TBD.

 

Students may also choose to purchase text books from another bookstore or online vendor

 

ALL STUDENTS need to have copies of the following books for Dramatic Literature:

 

Oedipus Rex by Sophocles
A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams
A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry
Mother Courage and Her Children by Bertolt Brecht
Fefu and Her Friends by Maria Irene Fornes
Ruined by Lynn Nottage

No specific translations or editions are required for the Dramatic Literature class.

Acting and Musical Theatre students will also need (for the Audition class):
