The Hollywood Reporter Ranks CMU School of Drama Top School

Patrick Wilson. Rob Marshall. Zachary Quinto. Megan Hilty. Ted Danson. Holly Hunter. Paula Wagner. John Wells. Steven Bochco.

These are only a few of the many recognizable names in Hollywood that have been trained at The School of Drama at Carnegie Mellon, which is why The Hollywood Reporter named the School one of the Top 25 Schools in the country.

As producer Todd Black says in the article, "I'm gonna look much faster at a kid from a top school".  Other members of the Casting Society of America who were polled by The Hollywood Reporter agreed--the name of the school does matter.

Training at The School of Drama at CMU not only gives you the tools you need to be a successful, professional artist, but also opens many, many doors for you. This week, students are currently in Los Angeles performing their Showcase for  audiences filled with top managers, agents, producers and directors.

It's only a matter of time before one of our current students becomes one of those recognizable names.
