THE SCHOOL OF DRAMA AT CARNEGIE MELLON IS A MEMBER OF THE CONSORTIUM OF CONSERVATORY THEATRE TRAINING PROGRAMS. AUDITIONS OR INTERVIEW/PORTFOLIO REVIEWS ARE REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS APPLYING TO ACTING/MUSIC THEATER, DESIGN, THE JOHN WELLS DIRECTING PROGRAM, OR PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the School of Drama will host auditions and interviews/portfolio reviews through virtual platforms for the 2021-2022 admission season.  Please review our Undergraduate and Graduate Admission pages for the most up-to-date information.
