Katherine Busatto is a writer from Pittsburgh, PA. She stuck around the black’n’gold city to earn her BFA in Theater Studies from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. She writes plays, full-length features, short films, and television pilots. During her undergraduate career, she self-produced many of her scripts, but is now looking to let some new collaborators in on the fun. Her work has been described as “grotesquely comedic”, “oddly tender?”, and “like that Judy Blume book with praying in it. But way raunchier”. This fall, Busatto is headed to Yale Divinity School to earn her Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Religion and the Arts.
