Born in North Jersey and raised in Bethlehem, PA, as a kid Patrick spent most of his days on the baseball field, with the occasional night spent at a school choir concert. Music has been a part of his life since the beginning, and not a day went by without his dad blasting the Kinks or the Rolling Stones on the radio. It seemed only right that he should learn to sing! He decided to give the stage a try in middle school, and the rest is history. He continued to play baseball through high school, but eventually his love for acting took over and he put down the bat.
When he first started out at CMU, his teachers called him a ‘green student’. He didn’t have much acting training, and his dance experience… what dance experience? So he buckled down, and after a long, rewarding road, he’s graduating from school with a solid grasp on his acting craft and vocal technique. He now only dances with one left foot, and he’s taken up quite the interest in choreography as well.
As he heads into the real world, he’d love to focus more of his energy on a career in TV and film. He wants to continue his journey in the theatre, create more art, and learn. Patrick’s big takeaways from school: choosing the life of an artist is choosing the life of a student, and education isn’t something you can finish.
