Bio:

Moses Garcia (he/him) is a stage director, producer, and arts leader from Los Angeles who creates theatrical experiences driven by electronic music. He believes that music has the power to speak to the soul, and through working with both music and text in tandem, he can impact the lives of many through his distinct style of storytelling.

Moses’ work explores mental health, digital culture, and identity. His background includes 17+ years of experience directing, producing, teaching young people, performing, and arts advocacy. He has recently worked with The Public Theater, The New Group, Center Theatre Group, and the Metropolitan Educational Theatre Network.

Moses is a recent graduate of the John Wells Directing Program at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama. He’s currently an Accelerated Master of Arts Management candidate at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. He was also recently named one of the inaugural scholars for the Cody Renard Richard Scholarship Program presented by the Broadway Advocacy Coalition.
