Bio:

My name is Parker Thomas Kaeding, and I am a professional stage and production manager. I bring a passion for people and a dedication to creating an environment where all feel empowered and supported in the pursuit of the team’s artistic vision. I believe management is about people and relationships at its core, and this is something I have had experience in cultivating for over 4 years as a professional manager. I began my professional career at Music Theatre Wichita as an assistant stage manager on a 5-person stage management team for 15 large scale musicals, with cast sizes up to 80 and with a roughly $4,000,000 Budget per season on an URTA Tier 4 Contract. After 3 summers spent as the assistant stage manager I was hired as the assistant production manager / venue coordinator where I aided the company in opening its first ever shows in an outdoor amphitheater in the summer of 2021.
