My Bio:
Jill Parzych will be graduating with a MFA in Costume Production with an emphasis on Costume
Studio Management. She is currently working on her thesis which will focus on the history of
the plus size fashion industry, and how the theatre and film industry can better embrace larger
bodies. Jill holds a BFA in theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University and is cosmetology
licensed.
Jill has spent her time at Carnegie Mellon University polishing her studio management skills and
hopes to manage a costume studio after completing graduation. Alongside studio management,
she hopes to someday work as a costume coordinator for film and television.
