Bio:

Madison earned a BA in Theatre Studies-Design and Technical Theatre from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2020. Immediately following graduation she continued her education at Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently a third year MFA student studying Production and Stage Management. Her work includes production manager for CMU’s production of Kennedy Plays and the 2023 New Works Series. She has also worked on Marrie Antoinette, Looking at You,  and As You Like It as the Stage Manager. She has worked professionally with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre as a PA on the 2021 production of the Nutcracker and Quantum Theatre’s outdoor production of The Cherry Orchard as the Production Stage Manager.

Madison is passionate about cultivating relationships with all who she comes in contact with and believes that people come first. Coinciding with her research, she believes that emotional and physical safety are equally important in a production process and hopes to be able to continue to add value and foster change in the theatre industry. As she has worked in opera, dance, small events and theatre, nothing excites her more than being able to work on a good old straight play.
